Hand crafted wood chopsticks from Japan

While non-wood chopsticks are typically more durable and can be dishwasher safe, there's nothing like the feeling of chopsticks made from wood in your hands. We've partnered with a number of Japanese suppliers to bring you some beautifully and skillfully made wooden chopsticks. Some are even dishwasher safe due to their coating. 

You can use wooden chopsticks to pair with your bento lunch box or for your home meals. There's no hard and fast rule. If you're worried about carrying wooden chopsticks around, have a look at some of our chopsticks cases that you can use to carefully wrap and protect them. 

Wooden chopsticks are also incredibly light, and while they may feel very fragile, the wood used to make them are strong and durable. Just don't soak wooden chopsticks in water for a long time, even if they are coated.
